A brief by Les Mills New Zealand to create visuals for their new music channel - LMFM. 

The core concept of the video is to depict honest emotions one feels in a gym, and in this video, I focus on the emotion - self doubt. Using dance as a medium to express the emotion, creating both abstract and literal meaning with body movements.
